This role involves working under the guidance and management of a more senior engineer in order to provide assistance with electronic security systems at client premises.

Responsibilities include: • Assisting senior engineer with all tasks • Cover wide geographic areas across NI & ROI • Delivering high calibre customer service at all times • Assist with completion of necessary on-site documentation for customer files • Assist with Install, programme, commission, test and maintain electronic security systems • Undertake continuous training to improve professional development (appropriate to the post) • Provide office with all relevant paperwork i.e. Timesheets (minimum weekly basis), checklists etc.
SKILLS SET: • Results oriented • Punctual & reliable • Knowledge of relevant industry standards KPIs: • Learning ability • Attention to detail • Tidy workmanship • Good customer relations NB: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Police/Garda criminal check, financial credit check and be security screened to the PSA74:2019 & BS7858. Permanent offer of employment is subject to successful security clearance.
