Responsibilities/Duties: • Programme works taking into account client timescales and resources required to achieve • Agree start dates with clients and ensure that all materials have been ordered and delivered to meet these timescales • Liaise with site Engineers to ensure understanding of project requirements and timescales to adhere too • Ensure Engineers are prepared prior to attending site with: o Layout drawings o Details of equipment to be fitted o Timescale for the project o Risk Assessments & Method Statements where required o H&S Checklists • Confirm overnight accommodation if required • Liaise with Engineers regarding project variations – all variations to be priced, agreed with client, actioned and recorded • Materials not utilised on site to be booked back into store and recorded on system • Ensure final handover documentation is returned by Engineers for handover packs i.e. Commission Certificate, SLA, Key-holder details, As Fit Drawings etc. • To manage engineers on site to gain maximum efficiency from their working week • Review costings and invoicing of jobs/contracts to ensure all works/materials are priced and invoiced to client
