Improving fire safety at the RDS
28 July 2021The RDS is one of Ireland's most important venues. Exhibitions, sporting contests and arts events are just a few of the activities that are hosted in one or more of the buildings across its site in Ballsbridge, Dublin. On any given day there might be tens of thousands of people on site, and that sort of crowd demands the very best in fire safety measures. When RDS set about improving all of its fire systems, it contacted us to bring its plans into fruition.

Comprehensive warehouse security systems for Primeline Group
28 July 2021Primeline Group is a large end-to-end logistics, storage and distribution business on the outskirts of Dublin. We won a competitive tender to work on a specific aspect of Primeline’s security system, but as we guided them through that process — offering our expertise, challenging preconceptions and putting agreed ideas into action — the project grew into a wider body of work. We installed an Avigilon CCTV system to provide high quality CCTV images from across three sites. We installed a Siemens intruder alarm system and updated an existing 24-hour control room to a software-specific monitoring system.

Cost-effective, scalable security for Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre
28 July 2021The International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) is a 37.8-hectare area of Dublin's central business district. The financial services hub is home to more than 400 global financial institutions, which are housed in dozens of buildings. We won a competitive tender to install a new CCTV system covering the expansive site. IFSC was facing a substantial bill to upgrade its existing system, but we were able to suggest moving to a more cost-effective, scalable and future-proof Avigilon CCTV system, rather than waste money on improving a system that was not right for the job
